Projects
You will enjoy making your own personal bookmark. I will show you how to design, transfer your designs, measure, draw parallel lines, cut a straight line and fold thick paper or boxboard. You will also learn a lot of math;
things like perimeter, area, the square,
the circle and miter cuts. They are easy to understand when you make the bookmark.
Making the cubic decimeter is all about the metric system. Designing a cube is easy but designing it with graph paper will teach you so much more.
The big thing you will learn is how to transfer your design. That's how you become an architect.
The Tetrahedron
This unit is all about engineering. You will learn how to draw an equilateral triangle, angles, design and in the end make a beautiful tetrahedron. One of the great tools you will learn how to use is the compass.
The catapult is a lot of fun to make. You will learn much more about making a plan, cutting material, assembling material and experimenting.
The cubic decimeter is the metric system's anchor. You will have fun planning, measuring, cutting, and assembling a cube. After finish it, you will have good understanding of the metric system.
This project is under construction.

Would you like to build a house with a garage? Before you begin, first make a( cardboard cubic decimeter) and a (tetrahedron).
